All orders require 1 business day to be completed! Orders made after 2PM time zone in Houston, TX (GMT-6) will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed Monday morning unless otherwise mentioned. 


Time to receive your order:

Order arrival time vary from order to order depending on where you live! However, a general rule of thumb is that most orders should arrive 3-5 business days after placing your order! If you would like something to arrive sooner then please do not hesitate to contact us and we can arrange express shipping for your order at an increased shipping cost!


Local Pickups:

We offer local pickups for anybody willing to visit our brick-and-mortar store in Houston, TX! If you would like to make a mobile order then please contact us either before or after you place your order by phone (713-972-9500) or by E-mail (royalhomefashion@gmail.com) and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible! We will hold mobile orders for up-to two weeks and after that the items will be released back onto the floor and your order will be cancelled! Our brick and mortar store is located at;

International Orders:

We currently only offer international orders to Canada and Mexico. Please contact before placing any international orders so that we may make the process as smooth as possible as we are still getting accustomed to fulfilling international orders for our customers.

Refunds & Lost Packages:

If you request a refund or had an issue with your package arriving then please contact us IMMEDIATELY within 1 week of your estimated date of arrival for your order or else it would make it more difficult to resolve your issue. We accept returns on blankets and curtains as long as they are not used and return in their original packing with all tags and paperwork that was sent along with it. Please refer to the return policy for deeper explanation.

If you have a package that was lost in transit to your destination then contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will need between 5-10 business days to assess what happened to your package and contact your Shipping service carrier (USPS/UPS/Fedex) with all the required information so they may tell us about what happened to your items and be able to move forward. If we find anything out sooner then we will be in contact with your through your preferred method of contact!
